About Tower Siege

Tower Siege is a fast-paced retro tower defense game where strategy and resource management are everything. Enemies march along a winding path toward your base — your job is to line that path with towers that whittle them down before they arrive. Every kill earns you gold, and gold buys more towers or upgrades existing ones.

Four tower types cover different tactical niches. The Blaster is your bread-and-butter single-target damage tower. The Cannon deals splash damage to clusters of enemies. The Frost tower slows enemies, giving your other towers more time on target. The Laser chains between multiple enemies simultaneously. Combining all four — and placing them strategically on curves where enemies slow down — is the key to surviving deep into the wave ladder.

Tower Types

• 🔫 Blaster (50g): Fast attack speed, single target. Best all-rounder for general coverage.
• 💥 Cannon (80g): Slower fire rate but deals splash damage in an area. Excellent against grouped enemies.
• ❄️ Frost (70g): Slows all enemies in range significantly. Essential for high-wave survival — combos with everything.
• ⚡ Laser (120g): Chains damage between up to 3 nearby enemies simultaneously. Expensive but devastating on packed waves.

Tips & Strategy

• Cover the bends: Enemies travel slowest through turns. Towers covering corners get more shots per enemy than those on straight sections.
• Frost combos everything: A single Frost tower adjacent to a cluster of Blasters multiplies their effective DPS dramatically. Always build one early.
• Upgrade before expanding: A Level 3 Blaster outperforms two Level 1 Blasters for the same gold cost. Upgrade your best-positioned towers first.
• Save for Lasers: Laser towers become cost-efficient at Wave 5+ when enemies start bunching. Save up 120g rather than buying a second Blaster.
• Boss waves (every 5th wave): Bosses have 8× enemy HP. Stack your strongest towers at the end of the path where they have maximum dwell time.
