How to Play 2048

Use the arrow keys (or swipe on mobile) to slide all tiles. When two tiles with the same number collide, they merge into one with their sum. The goal is to create a tile with the value 2048 — but you can keep going to reach 4096, 8192 and beyond!

Grid Sizes

• 4×4 Classic — the original challenge, 16 cells
• 5×5 Medium — more room, longer games, higher scores possible
• 6×6 Large — expert mode, 36 cells, much harder to fill up
