About Bubble Pop

Bubble Pop is a neon retro bubble shooter that puts your aim and color-matching instincts to the test. A cannon sits at the bottom of the screen, loaded with a colored bubble. Your job: fire it upward into the grid and match it with 3 or more bubbles of the same color to pop them. As rows disappear, the danger bar relaxes — but every few shots a new row of bubbles descends from the top, keeping the pressure on.

The chain pop mechanic is where Bubble Pop gets exciting. When you pop a group of bubbles, any floating bubbles that were only attached to the popped group fall away as bonus points too. Chain the right shots in sequence and you can collapse huge sections of the board in a single volley.

How to Play

1. Move your mouse (or finger on mobile) to aim the cannon at the bottom of the screen.
2. A dotted aim line shows where your bubble will travel, including wall bounces.
3. Click (or tap) to fire. The bubble travels in a straight line and bounces off side walls.
4. If the bubble lands adjacent to 2+ bubbles of the same color, all matching connected bubbles pop.
5. Any bubbles left floating (no longer connected to the top) also fall and score bonus points.
6. Clear the entire board to advance to the next level with a harder starting grid.

Scoring

• Direct pop: 10 points per bubble popped in the matching group.
• Chain drop bonus: 25 points per bubble that falls due to losing its anchor.
• Level clear bonus: 500 × level number, rewarding fast efficient clears.
• Chain multiplier: Each consecutive shot that pops bubbles adds ×1 to your chain multiplier. A 5-shot chain scores 5× on the 5th shot.

Tips & Strategy

• Use the walls: Side-wall bounces let you reach awkward positions in the middle of the grid. A well-aimed bank shot can pop a cluster you couldn't reach directly.
• Target the anchors: Look for groups of bubbles that are only held up by a thin connection. Popping those connectors drops entire columns for huge chain bonuses.
• Prioritize colors with few bubbles: Eliminating a rare color from the grid reduces future misfire risk and opens up chain opportunities.
• Don't waste shots: Every misfire that doesn't pop anything advances the danger bar. On higher levels, every shot counts.
